By booking a virtual consultation with Sorriso Ezmerli Dental Studio, you agree to the following:

Purpose & Limitations
• This virtual consultation is intended to provide preliminary guidance and recommendations based on the information and photos you submit.
• It does not replace a full clinical or radiographic examination. A final diagnosis and treatment plan may require an in-clinic visit.

Session Duration
• Each virtual consultation session is approximately 30 to 45 minutes in length.
• Please ensure you are available and in a quiet, well-lit space with a stable internet connection during this time.

Consultation Fees
• The cost of the virtual consultation is:
– 600 EGP for patients residing in Egypt
– $50 USD for patients residing abroad
• Payment is to be completed securely online before or immediately after the session.
• The consultation fee is non-refundable once the session has taken place.

• You confirm that all information provided (photos, medical history, and personal details) is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.

• Virtual consultations are not suitable for emergency situations such as swelling, trauma, or severe pain. In these cases, please visit the clinic or nearest emergency dental service immediately.
