New Patient Cleanings and Exams
As a new patient, one of the first things we’ll do is help you book an appointment for routine cleaning to assess your dental health, a dental hygienist will thoroughly clean your teeth, removing plaque and tartar while assessing your gum health. We’ll also get an understanding of your dental history and how you care for your teeth. If necessary, we’ll also take an x-ray during this appointment. Our dental care team is experienced and focused on your well-being, so we’ll make sure your dental exam is comfortable.

What to Expect at Your First Dental Check-Up
Your first visit is the perfect opportunity to get started on a journey toward better oral health. Here’s what you can expect when you come to Sorriso Ezmerli Dental Studio for your initial dental check-up:
Duration of Your Appointment
- Adults: The visit typically lasts 30 to 40 minutes.
- Children: Appointments are shorter, usually 20 to 30 minutes.
What to Bring
- Don’t forget to bring your ID or another government-issued ID for registration.
Before Your Appointment
- Arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a New Patient Form. This form helps us understand your medical history and any factors that might affect your oral health.
During Your CheckUp

Discussion with Your Dentist:
Your dentist will ask about your health and address any concerns you have about your teeth, gums, smile, or overall oral health.

Comprehensive Examination
• A thorough visual check of your teeth, gums, and soft tissues.
• Screening for signs of decay, gum disease, bite issues (malocclusion).

Diagnostic Tools:
If necessary, X-rays or photographs will be taken to get a complete picture of your oral health.
